WIG, Inc. was founded in 1996 by L. Lenny Waldhauser, III.  Lenny has worked with Maryland professionals since the mid 1980's.  He saw that Maryland firms needed a local insurance broker that provided personal service; a broker with a business model based on servicing firms that have less than 25 licensed professionals, while still offering superior knowledge and performance.

About Our Service Model

When you are a client of WIG, Inc., you deal directly with our company's principals, regardless of your firm's size. We do not push your business to a "service center".  In most instances, you will deal with one person who will field all your calls and manage your full array of insurance needs.

WIG, Inc. understands that even a minor increase in insurance costs can adversely affect your budget, payroll, and income.  Accordingly, we utilize our vast insurance industry contacts to obtain the optimum coverage at the lowest possible cost.  We will shop your insurance renewals to at least three carriers each year so can you feel safe that you are not overpaying for your coverage.
